If any seriously misleading statements (whether deliberate or accidental) are made at any stage during the application process, or information is knowingly withheld, this could make your application invalid.  If the grant awarded is spent on something other than detailed in the original application, the Club, CSH or Club Partnership could be liable to repay the grant to WLC.  The Sporting Grant Panel will not make any award decisions if relevant sections of this application form have not been completed to our satisfaction or supporting evidence provided e.g. bank statements have not been submitted. We reserve the right to ask for additional information or evidence to help process your application. Evidence will be required of expenditure for all awards.
