We have a brilliant video from Active Assured Plus club Broxburn United Sports Club as they provide us with a short boccia exercise. You could use anything you have around the house, maybe use small teddy bears or oranges as your boccia balls if you don't have balls and you could use ribbons, string or even just different coloured t-shirts to make your targets if you don't have hula hoops. This is a great inclusive activity that all members of the family could enjoy.
